Parent Helpers -
The first grade team would love a few parent volunteers to assist with making copies this week.  Thank you for contacting your child's teacher or dropping by. Even 30 minutes of your time would be a huge help. We are so grateful for the time and help.

AR Super Soaker Parties: Richards and Mehlhaff are scheduled for May 21. Lewis and Balan are scheduled for May 22. Students need to bring a towel and a change of clothes (t-shirt and shorts) for the party.  Students who do not meet their AR goal can go to the library during the AR party.  Homeroom moms will be providing snacks and drinks for them to have while they are drying off outside.

Please enjoy the picture slide show from our Mexican Market. The kids had so much fun trading with each other. It was a perfect ending to our unit of study on Mexico.
Thank you parents for helping your children remember to bring everything. We also thank the many parents who shared items for our special Mexican snack and helped us set up, serve, and clean up. What a fun afternoon!
